Barbados’ neighbor to the west Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has just had a volcanic eruption! The previous eruption occurred in 1979 and an eruption in 1902 killed some 1,600 people.
Barbados is anxiously waiting to see how much ash will be in the air but so far it looks to be unavoidable.

Well it’s April 13th and there was another eruption after about a day of no eruptions, what makes this fascinating is today is the 42nd anniversary of the previous eruption in 1979!
